It is a very popular new diet that many people have included into their weight lost lifestyles, but the question is, does it actually work? First, let’s see what the fat smash diet consists of. It is a step by step program that not only helps you to lose weight, but to become healthier. One of the most known facts about the fat smash diet is that you are able to consume as much vegetables and fruits as you please. This is a very important concept of the diet because it’s unlike other traditional diets that restrict you from eating too much of anything.

It is virtually impossible to become overweight by eating a bunch of fruits and veggies. These foods help to give your body the nutrition it needs. Not okay are dairy, meats and processed foods. With this type of diet, your body isn’t getting the nutrients it needs, so your brains receives messages from your body that it wants to eat more. This then leads to you overeating and becoming overweight or obese.

The fat smash diet is a program that takes 90 days to complete and has four different phases. The first of the phases is detoxing. You must go through the detox phase for nine days. During this time, you will be eating fruits and veggies, mostly. The Purpose of the detox phase is to cleanse your boy of all the junk you’ve consumed, including caffeine, alcohol and sweets. You can eat any fruits and vegetables you want except for avocados and potatoes.

The next phase is called foundation. This part lasts for a period of three weeks. You eat the same foods as the first phase, but you will now be able to consume a little bit of lean meats. You can add foods like chicken, fish, turkey and eggs. No pork. Part three of the phase is construction. This phase takes four weeks to complete. You continue to eat the foods that you have been introduced to in the last two phases. This time, you can include whole wheat. The last phase of the diet is called the temple. You continue to eat all of the foods in the diet so far with the inclusion of white starches such as rice and potatoes. You can also have a weekly glass of beer and wine.

For the people who have used the fat smash diet, it has worked, while for others it didn’t work fast enough. It is a great diet and does offer a solution to weight loss. It takes time to rid your body of the chemical toxins produced by the unhealthy lifestyle you once lead. After the detox, you will be like an infant, surely but surely introducing your body to foods one phase at a time. It is said to be a guaranteed method for losing weight and many have seen its wonders.
