Obesity Is On An Epidemic Level And Climbing!
Do You Know How Many Americans Are Obese? - Believe me you don't want to know... it's enough to make you sick (no pun), it's enough to make you see why being FAT is Americas NUMBER ONE killer every year. Obesity kills more people each year than smoking, cancer, and violence in any state.
Perhaps you don't live in the USA, but still suffer from being an obese person - believe me I know how different life is for you compared to most. Getting up every morning is not the same for you as it is for everyone else. Your showers, your meals, your bathroom time, your social life . . .. ... you are just... different. I also probably don't need to tell you that you are at SERIOUS risk of becoming ill from a life threatening disease if you keep this up! Which is why I'm VERY GLAD that you are reading these words today.

The best thing you can do for yourself if you are overweight and growing heavier, is to get yourself a) educated first, about everything from where you are going wrong, to what you can do gradually start your reversal process. b) Get yourself on an incremental diet plan covering all angles of fatloss immediately, the online programs nowadays are amazing and you get to lose at your own pace which is good for those that are embarrassed or ashamed to go to gyms or jog etc. c) Stock up on fruits, and do your best to eat lot's of them during your research and reading for your diet - you can't go wrong with fruit (I mean real fruit not strawberry sundays or rasberry ice-cream).
